Dr. Oliver Wilken advises and represents clients in all matters of corporate and capital markets law. He assists national and international investors and companies in taking fundamental decisions. This includes the design of group structures as well as mergers, demergers and acquisitions.
Another focus of his work is advising clients in times of crisis. In this context, Dr. Wilken has been a member of supervisory boards of listed and non-listed stock corporations on several occasions.
Dr. Oliver Wilken is partner of REITZE WILKEN Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB.
Prior to joining REITZE WILKEN, he was a partner in a national corporate law firm for 19 years, specializing in corporate and group law as well as restructuring/insolvency.
He studied at the Free University of Berlin, in Constance and Cambridge (GB). Dr. Wilken received his doctoral degree with a thesis on corporate law at the Center for International Economics (University of Constance).

Dr. Klaus Felke | Partner
Dr. Klaus Felke advises on all aspects of corporate law, capital markets law and banking law. In addition to ongoing advice, he specializes in providing advice in crisis and restructuring situations, the preparation and implementation of shareholders' meetings and corporate takeovers. Dr. Felke is active in both consulting and litigation. He has comprehensive litigation experience in the context of restructuring measures, shareholders' meetings and release proceedings as well as in the area of directors' and officers' liability.
Dr. Sebastian Hagemann | Partner
Dr. Sebastian Hagemann advises on corporate and group law, in particular on restructuring and reorganization cases as well as on corporate transactions in connection with a financial or performance-related crisis. In this context, he advises insolvency administrators, companies and investors on all issues relating to out-of-court and insolvency restructuring. Dr. Hagemann has comprehensive experience in providing advice on (insolvency-related) M&A and private equity transactions. He is involved in the entire process of the transaction, beginning with the structuring of the deal and ending with the post-merger integration. A further focus of Dr. Hagemann's is to advise his clients in all aspects of restructuring and insolvency as well as crisis-related corporate law issues. In this context, Dr. Hagemann inter alia handles shareholders’ meetings, shareholder disputes and the implementation of structural measures.
Dr. Anna Recker | Counsel
Dr. Anna Recker advises companies, shareholders and corporate bodies on corporate law. One of her main consulting areas are corporate structuring and corporate litigation, where she represents parties in state courts and arbitration proceedings as well as in out-of-court dispute resolution. In particular, she has many years of experience in the enforcement of and defense against claims for directors’ and officers’ liability. An additional important area of her practice is the advice in the field of aviation law.
Ricardo Wintzer | Counsel
Ricardo Wintzer advises on all matters of corporate and capital markets law. His main areas of practice include advice on corporate structuring as well as the preparation and support of shareholders' meetings, in particular (stock corporation law) shareholders' meetings. A further focus of his work is on (insolvency-related) M&A and private equity transactions.

Moritz Weber advises on all aspects of corporate and capital markets law. His main areas of expertise include (crisis-related) advice as well as the support of shareholders' meetings, in particular in connection with restructurings and reorganizations.
