
Areas of Practice
Dr. Oliver Wilken advises and represents clients in all matters of corporate and capital markets law. He assists national and international investors and companies in taking fundamental decisions. This includes the design of group structures as well as mergers, demergers and acquisitions.
Another focus of his work is advising clients in times of crisis. In this context, Dr. Wilken has been a member of supervisory boards of listed and non-listed stock corporations on several occasions.
Career
Dr. Oliver Wilken is partner of REITZE WILKEN Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB.
Prior to joining REITZE WILKEN, he was a partner in a national corporate law firm for 19 years, specializing in corporate and group law as well as restructuring/insolvency.
He studied at the Free University of Berlin, in Constance and Cambridge (GB). Dr. Wilken received his doctoral degree with a thesis on corporate law at the Center for International Economics (University of Constance).
Dr. Oliver Wilken speaks German, English and French.
